  • Katy Kirchhoff Baugh is the co-owner of The Game Day Group and has served as a head coach and choreographer since the inception of UIL Spirit in 2016. She has established herself as one of the most accomplished leaders in Texas game day cheer. As a coach, Katy has earned six UIL state championships and two national titles. As a choreographer, her teams have claimed twelve state championships, five national championships, and thirty-six UIL category wins. She was named the 2022 NFHS 1A–6A Coach of the Year and the 2023 TGCA 1A–4A Coach of the Year, and is tied for the most career UIL state championships of any head coach in Texas history. Known for creating routines that stand out while strategically maximizing the scoresheet, Katy partners closely with coaches to elevate team performance and unlock their full competitive potential. As co-owner of The Game Day Group, she also trains and mentors every choreographer under the brand, driven by a passion for raising the standard of competitive game day cheerleading.
